London rivals West Ham and Crystal Palace will be looking to get 2022 off to the ideal start as they prepare to clash on New Year’s Day.

Both enjoyed morale-boosting victories last time out, with the Hammers winning 4-1 away at Watford and Palace cruising past Norwich with a 3-0 victory at Selhurst Park.

For the Hammers in particular, that result represented a timely return to form, coming off the back of a run of just one win in eight in all competitions.

Palace boss Patrick Vieira remains in isolation and will not be in the dugout, so his assistant Osian Roberts will again lead the team.
