Cunningham hoping attacking flair can fire Wales back on track in TikTok Women's Six Nations
By Paul Eddison
Wales are ready to unleash an attacking game plan to get back to winning ways in the TikTok Women’s Six Nations.
Ioan Cunningham’s side suffered their first defeat of the campaign last time out, a thumping 58-5 defeat away to England, and now they welcome France, the only other unbeaten side in the tournament, to Cardiff.
Cunningham knows it will take a big performance to beat Les Bleues, who won this fixture 53-0 a year ago and welcome back winger Caroline Boujard who scored a 15-minute hat-trick in that game.

He said: “France are one of the top three teams in the world, they have powerful runners and attacking options all over the pitch that will certainly test us.
“We need to be ready to take all our own attacking opportunities and our selection behind the scrum reflects that.
“We have looked at combinations that will hopefully give us some additional attacking options and help get the ball to our outside backs.”
