Cyriel Dessers Rangers transfer price set and 'every club' wants Ianis Hagi

Cyriel Dessers would reportedly be permitted to leave Rangers this summer if they can recoup the £4.5million they spent to land him.

The Ibrox club are seeking reinforcements this window but, with just one week remaining before it shuts, manager Philippe Clement knows he still has to shift players out the door before he can make signings. One player who has been consistently linked with an exit is Dessers with clubs in Saudi, Italy and France all keeping close tabs on his situation.

Dessers, 29, has already knocked back one offer of a departure but the Rangers Review claim the club would be willing to sell if they can get back the cash they spent when they signed him from Cremonese.

Elsewhere Ianis Hagi is another on the list of players the club look to move on and Rapid Bucharest are major admirers of the Romanian.

Their club chief Viorel Moldovan has already confirmed interest in the attacker - who spent last season at Alaves on loan - but now he has continued his efforts as he added: "Ianis Hagi is a player of great value. I think every club wants him."

Ben Davies is also in line for a move with Birmingham City closing in on his signature.
