Familiar faces return…

Tottenham lynchpins Christian Erkisen and Dele Alli took their almost customary spot in the week’s Dreamteam thanks to their efforts in Spurs’ late win over Swansea, as did Sergio Aguero who continued his strong form to make another appearance. Meanwhile, Eden Hazard and Mesut Ozil both made a welcome return to the Dreamteam thanks to their performances in their sides’ wins over Manchester City and West Ham respectively.

As surprise selections force their way in

You would have been given long odds on any one of Watford attacker M’Biaye Niang, Southampton’s Maya Yoshida or Everton’s Phil Jagielka making the Dreamteam, let all alone all three of them! However, Niang’s barnstorming game against West Brom saw him score a goal and assist as well as win corners and fouls. Defenders Yoshida and Jagielka meanwhile, both scored a goal each and avoided a loss in each of their matches to push them to 14.60 and 14.15 points respectively.
