David Haye and Tony Bellew rematch close to being confirmed

David Haye and Tony Bellew rematch close to being confirmed as Haye says terms have been agreed by teams

David Haye and Tony Bellew are close to agreeing a rematch for later this year.

Haye claims both teams have agreed terms on another bout after months of negotiations, with Bellew himself yet to put pen to paper.

The Mail claims the fight is being penciled in for December 17 at the O2 Arena.

Former heavyweight world champion Haye suffered Achilles injury early in their first fight, with his team throwing in the towel in the 11th round.

Haye said afterwards: "It is what it is, we get injuries in this game. Sometimes you work round them but unfortunately it was my right leg, if it had been my left I might have had more of a chance.
