The reigning Nigeria Professional Football League champions had first half goals from Madu, Chiamaka Madu and Ifeanyi George seal their fourth win of the season.
The Enugu side went into the rescheduled week nine tie following four losses in their five previous league games and Chibuzor is satisfied with his teammates' output against the Kadiri Ikhana's men.
"Everyone at Rangers analysed everything over the past few days and saw that certain things could have gone differently," Madu told Goal.
"We played well and deserved the win. The boys were aggressive and wanted to win this game at all cost. No one should write us off yet for we have what it takes to return to where we belong in the table.
"In the end, it paid off as we managed to score three goals. At that point, I knew Pillars could not equalise. We have to keep the spirit going and continue working hard."
Rangers are at the foot of the Nigerian topflight log with 16 points from 15 matches.
