Dunbar a doubt for Scotland internationals after surgery

Scotland could be without Alex Dunbar for their November internationals after he was ruled out for at least six weeks.

Alex Dunbar is a doubt for Scotland's November internationals after undergoing knee surgery.

Glasgow Warriors centre Dunbar injured his right knee in the victory over Cardiff Blues this month.

He is now set for at least six weeks on the sidelines putting his participation in a challenging trio of Tests for Scotland in doubt.

Scotland face Samoa on November 11 before facing New Zealand and Australia.

Since making his debut in 2013 Dunbar has won 26 international caps, scoring six tries.
