SPITFIRES have added a 10th new face to their squad, with John Oyenuga joining Eastleigh after a successful trial period.
27-year-old defender Oyenuga arrives at the Silverlake after a three year stint with Farnborough, helping the Hampshire side to promotion from the seventh tier last season.
Aside from two spells at Boro, Oyenuga has played in the Welsh top flight with Cymru Premier side Connah's Quay Nomads.
Described as a pacey full-back, Oyenuga provides depth and competition for fellow summer signing, Brennan Camp.
Speaking after penning his Spitfires contract, John Oyenuga told Eastleigh's website:
“It feels good, I’m delighted. Delighted to finally get the deal over the line.
"I just had a talk with the gaffer and came to an agreement on a deal and everything just fell in place.”
Boss Lee Bradbury added:“I think John will give us added versatility to the squad.
"He’s comfortable at left-back, left wing-back, right-back, right wing-back and attacking positions as well.
“He’s quick, he’s strong, his intelligence of the game is good and he will be a welcome addition.
"He knows the group having spent time with us and we're delighted to have got the deal over the line.”
