The weekend is here. It may not seem like it, but you are looking at t-w-o days of no office-related work, emails and Zoom calls. This is also the time of the week when you’re probably looking at getting into the kitchen again and cook up a mean feast (the pile of dishes be damned). You want to reward yourself for the long hard work week, pat yourself on the back and treat yourself to a nice dessert or a cool shake, yeah? We can get behind that idea. Which is why we got Chef Ashok Suyal of Jaypee Greens and Prashant Chaudhry of Smaaaash Entertainment to share some of their favourite recipes with us. Chef Suyal is the pastry chef at Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort in Greater Noida and Prashant Chaudhry is the AGM (F&B) at Smaaaash Entertainment. So here are their recommendations to satisfy your sweet cravings (and also probably earn some brownie points with your kids) this weekend.
