Edinburgh will go in search of a fourth straight win in all competitions in the RaboDirect PRO12 clash at Munster, with a side showing 12 changes.

Only flanker Netani Talei, number eight Stuart McInally and Jim Thompson, who switches from full-back to centre, remain in the side from the XV which secured a sensational come-from-behind Heineken Cup win over Racing Metro last Friday.

Phil Godman is set to start at fly-half following a series of injuries, while Chris Paterson is poised to return at full-back after a groin problem.

James King and Tom Brown have been promoted from the bench following their performances against Racing, with Sep Visser starting in place of elder brother Tim, who scored a try double against the French side.

Mike Blair will start at scrum-half, making his 150th Edinburgh appearance.

There are six changes in the pack, with an all-new front row of props Kyle Traynor and Jack Gilding and hooker Steven Lawrie, who will captain the side.

Steven Turnbull and Sean Cox will start in the second row, with Ross Rennie joining Talei and McInally in the back row.

Edinburgh head coach Michael Bradley said: "We've won three matches in a row but it would be great to win four.

"To do that we need to keep our performance levels up and show the same commitment for 80 minutes that we have in these three previous games.

"The boys are in a good place. They're looking forward to the challenge against Munster away and then Aironi back home next week, both of which are important to us and our season."
