Emma Raducanu’s US Open Final will be shown for free on Prime Video and Channel 4 in UK
Emma Raducanu’s US Open Final against fellow teenager Leylah Fernandez will be shown for free in the UK on Saturday evening.
She will battle it out in the hope to become the first British woman to win a Grand Slam in 44 years.
Raducanu captured the hearts of everyone with her performance in New York after a fairytale summer as she reached the fourth round at Wimbledon.
The historic clash will be shown on Prime Video and Channel 4 at 9pm.
Amazon’s Prime Video streaming service has had exclusive broadcast rights in this country for the final grand slam of the year.
In a deal reported to be worth seven figures, Channel 4 will also show the match.
All fees from the Channel 4 agreement will be reinvested into British women’s tennis to support the next generation of female British talent.
Coverage of the game will begin on Prime Video at 8pm BST with pre-match analysis from Greg Rusedski, Daniela Hantuchova and Anne Keothavong in the Prime Video Studio.

Channel 4’s chief content officer Ian Katz said: “Emma’s meteoric rise to secure a place in the US Open final is just sensational.
“We’re glad to have worked with Prime Video and pulled out all the stops to get it on air and I’m sure viewers will be thrilled at the prospect of watching Emma in this grand slam final.”
