Indian skipper Virat Kohli is down to his preparations after reaching Leeds for the third Test. Fitness plays a big part in his preparations and that was what he was keenly focused on. Kohli has been below par with the bat in the series against England. After a first-ball duck at Trent Bridge, he had scores of 42 and 20 at Lord’s.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli uploaded a video of his fitness regime on Twitter doing some heavy weight lifting. “There’s literally no substitute to hard work” he captioned his video where he was lifting some serious weight. Kohli has always spoken very highly regarding the importance of fitness and the culture that it has become within the current Indian team.

Heading into the Third Test at Leeds, the Indian team is charged up. They are confident of winning the third Test as well which seems very possible with a fragile England batting line-up.
