The Portuguese, riding Lennox, continued her scintillating start to 2013 to secure a place at the final in Gothenburg just two weeks after she brought herself to the verge of qualification.
Diniz came out of a four-horse jump-off against the clock on top, edging out Rolf Göran Bengtsson of Sweden on Casall la Silla.
Germany' Christian Ahlmann, winner in Leipzig, came third with Swede Henrik von Eckermann on Gotha FRH fourth. A single second separated all four pairs.
The result puts Diniz on 61 points overall, behind leader Sergio Alvarez Moya (75), Ahlmann (72), Kevin Staut (69) and Pius Schwizer (69).
The World Cup now moves to Bordeaux in two weeks before heading to S’Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, where the list of qualifiers for the finals in Sweden will be confirmed.
