The 25-year-old joined Barcelona from Santos for a fee believed to be around €57m in 2013, but Neymar and those involved will now face corruption charges with the real cost said to be closer to the €100m-mark.
Brazilian company DIS were allegedly shorted in the deal, and co-founder Delcir Sonda admits he feels betrayed by Neymar and his parents, who are also said to have profited from the transfer.
"He can't be an example to our children," Sonda said, as quoted by ESPN FC.
"We trusted Neymar. We were brought in by his father and [his agent] Wagner Ribeiro in 2008 and we negotiated," he said.
"We made friends with the family, we paid for trips to London for his dad and Jerusalem for the family. How can this kid say he doesn't know me? I was stabbed in the back.
