Essex city centre congested as major road is blocked after rush hour crash
An Essex city centre is congested during rush hour after a crash in a major road.
The A12 Northbound is partially blocked with a crash between junction 19 (Boreham) and junction 20 (Hatfield Peverel).
There are long delays to junction 17 (Howe Green).
Chelmsford city centre is also congested as traffic diverts.
Delays in the city are likely not helped by slow moving traffic on all approaches to the Army and Navy roundabout due to a traffic light failure.
