Director Nia DaCosta, producer Kevin Feige, executive producers Mary Livanos and Jonathan Schwartz, and composer Laura Karpman attended a special screening event for The Marvels in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Two days later, after the end of the actors strike when SAG-AFTRA reached a new deal with the studios and streamers, star Iman Vellani made an appearance alongside DaCosta at a special screening event in Los Angeles.

Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Harris Dickinson and Stanley Simons joined filmmaker Sean Durkin at the world premiere of their wrestling film in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday.
Disney celebrated musical comedy Wish on Wednesday night in Hollywood, with writer-producer Jennifer Lee, directors Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn, producers Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones, songwriters Julia Michaels and Benjamin Rice and composer Dave Metzger.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
Sheryl Crow, Kate Bush, Rage Against the Machine, George Michael, Missy Elliott, Willie Nelson and The Spinners were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in NYC on Nov. 3, with plenty of support from their A-list friends.
Patrón el Alto Rock & Roll Hall of Fame party
Patrón el Alto celebrated Missy Elliott as she became the first female hip-hop artist to ever be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Elliott’s friends, including H.E.R., Miguel and LL Cool J, also showed up for the party.
New York Diwali Gala
The fourth annual New York Diwali Gala took place in NYC on Nov. 3, with this year’s celebration co-chaired by Preet Bharara, Radhika Jones and Kal Penn. The event raised funds for the Asian American Writer’s Workshop and welcomed guests including Huma Abedin, Jenna Lyons, Ariana DeBose, Wes Gordon, Benj Pasek and Ronan Farrow.
To the Rescue! Gala
Amy Sedaris and Justin Theroux hosted the annual To the Rescue! gala, supporting the work of the Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International, on Nov. 3 in NYC.
Self Help Africa’s annual Changemakers Ball
Karen Pittman, Jay Manuel and Jaimie Alexander were among those who came out to support Self Help Africa’s annual event on Nov. 3, which honored Flaviana Matata with the Empowering Africa Award.

28th Annual LEA Awards
The Southern California Chapter of The Women in Cable Telecommunications Network held the 28th annual LEA Awards on Nov. 3, honoring Tara Duncan, president of Onyx Collective at The Walt Disney Co.; Wendy McMahon, president/CEO of CBS News and Stations; Kia Painter, executive vp, chief people officer at Cox Communications; and Beatrice Springborn, president, UPC and Universal International Studios at NBCUniversal.
The Breeders’ Cup returned for its 40th anniversary on Saturday, taking place at Santa Anita Park for its annual world championship. The event featured appearances from Elizabeth Banks, Bo Derek, Aaron Rodgers, Carson Kressley, Curtis Stone, Lindsay Price, Emile Hirsch and Richie Sambora.
Cleobella’s Holiday Party
Cleobella and Katherine Schwarzenegger hosted a holiday party on Saturday in celebration of their recently launched holiday collection, with support from Katherine’s husband Chris Pratt, her mother Maria Shriver and siblings Christina Schwarzenegger and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
L.A.-based non-profit Imagine LA hosted its 8th annual charity concert The Imagine Ball on Saturday, where Kevin Hart received the Rise Together Award for his commitment and impact within the communities Imagine LA serves. The event, produced by Val Vogt and The h.wood Group’s John Terzian, also featured performances by Leon Bridges and comedian Luenell.
Kids in the Spotlight for Annual Film Awards
Kids In The Spotlight, which empowers youth impacted by the foster system to heal from trauma through the power of storytelling and filmmaking, held its annual awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Saturday with longtime supporter Ty Burrell.
PSV Sneaker Soireé
Private School Village hosted its annual PSV Sneaker Soireé on Saturday to support its mission of supporting Black and brown families in private schools. The evening honored outstanding contributions in the private school community, including Traci Allen, who was named Teacher of the Year at The Wesley School, and the Black Family Alliance of Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences for their “Project X,” which won Parent Program of the Year. UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital Party on the Pier
UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital’s 24th annual Party on the Pier returned to Santa Monica Pier’s Pacific Park on Sunday, with proceeds supporting the hospital in providing high-quality treatment to their patients and fund research on pediatric diseases.
The annual CFDA Awards, honoring the best of American fashion, took place on Monday in NYC and were hosted by Anne Hathaway. Serena Williams was recognized as the night’s Fashion Icon honoree and Gwyneth Paltrow as winner of the Amazon Innovation Award as she celebrates 15 years of Goop.

Stand Up For Heroes
Stand Up for Heroes returned on Monday for its 17th annual celebration honoring America’s veterans and their families. SUFH, which was co-presented by New York Comedy Festival, featured performances by Ronny Chieng, Shane Gillis, Josh Groban, John Mellencamp, Tracy Morgan, Jon Stewart, Rita Wilson and The War and Treaty.
Holocaust Museum LA Gala
Holocaust Museum LA honored Arnold Schwarzenegger with the inaugural Award of Courage at its 15th annual gala on Monday, recognizing his longtime advocacy against antisemitism and bigotry.
Only Make Believe Gala
On Monday, Brooke Shields was honored by Only Make Believe, which creates interactive theater with professional actors for children in hospitals, special education schools and care facilities. The event was hosted by Justin Guarini and raised $850,000 to support the group’s mission.
22nd Monte Cristo Award
The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center presented the 22nd Monte Cristo Award to award-winning playwright and screenwriter Lynn Nottage on Monday, with support from gala committee member Michael Douglas.
Lakota Nation vs United States special screening

Denver Film Festival
Michael Shannon was honored with the Breakthrough Directing Award for his feature film directing debut Eric LaRue on Monday at the Denver Film Festival. The creative team of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse also received the festival’s inaugural 5280 Award.
