Everything you need to know about the Montreal Formula E race

After the excitement of New York’s first open-wheel racing, Montreal gets in on the act with its own Formula E debut.

Bringing the 2017 season to a close with another double-header, the Canadian races will start in front of the iconic Maison Radio-Canada building, in the shadow of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.

Montreal appears to be in Formula E for the long-run – late last year it signed a $7.5million deal to procure barriers for the race, and a $9million deal – covering up to six years – to put them up and remove them.

When: July 29th and 30th, 4pm local

Track length: 2.75km
