Former Newcastle United and Rangers striker Peter Lovenkrands has become the latest player to poke fun at Cristiano Ronaldo's calamitous statue at Madeira airport.
The poorly designed statue looks nothing like the Real Madrid striker, who now has his own airport named after him in Madeira.
Images of the statue circulated on social media and immediate comparisons were drawn between the statue and who is resembled.
Some claimed that former Sunderland striker Niall Quinn looked more like the statue than Ronaldo, while another Twitter user suggested that retired England cricket player Darren Gough was a better match.
This led to Peter Lovenkrands, who scored 91 goals during spells at Newcastle and Rangers, to steal the show with this brilliant tweet.
Here are a few more comparisons Twitter users drew up.
