Despite making his name in reality TV, Fincham is no stranger to boxing and boasts an amateur record of 18 wins from 26 fights.
The 31-year-old's last amateur outing took place seven years ago, with the Love Island winner now setting his sights on the professional ranks.
Fincham's bout with Taylor will take place on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather's exhibition with YouTuber Deji.
The event will take place at the 17,000 capacity Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. Fincham revealed he is not worried about marking his pro debut on a show of this scale. "I'll be honest, I could've taken so many easier fights. I could've gone 'you know what, I haven't boxed in seven years, I'm going to do a couple smaller shows, shake off the ring rust and fight someone easier.' But I genuinely believe in my ability. "The people I spar every week, I would put them above Anthony Taylor. Even from my last fight, a guy I boxed in the same weight seven years ago, he went on to win the Haringey Box Cup after that. I didn't get the result I wanted but we had a good hard competitive fight. "That kid was a good good kid. I've been in with quality over the years. It's been sporadic but I've been in with quality so I believe in myself. I've boxed all different kind of styles as well. I think my style suits this fight perfectly." Fincham's amateur career saw him represent Eltham ABC. When asked about his time on the boxing scene, he added: "I boxed all over the country from 14. It's always been in me. "And even when I wasn't boxing, when I wasn't active, I was always in and out of the gym, always training on the pads and on the bags. "I'll be honest, a normal gym I find a bit boring. The only way I knew how to train was to box. "It's not something that's come from nowhere, it's something that I've always wanted to do. And what better was to kick start it." The fight between Fincham and Taylor will take place on November 13, and will be available on DAZN PPV.
