QPR defender Ryan Nelsen will play. Defenders William Gallas (calf) and Younes Kaboul (knee) are the only players unavailable to Tottenham.

Norwich City v Newcastle United 15:00

Norwich could have captain Grant Holt back from a hamstring problem. Fabricio Coloccini is set to return to the Newcastle line-up despite persistent rumours linking him with a move back to Argentina. Former Lille full-back Mathieu Debuchy makes his debut.

Reading v West Bromwich Albion 15:00

New Reading signings Daniel Carrico and Hope Akpan are set to make their debut. West Brom winger Jerome Thomas is in contention to replace long term knee injury victim Zoltan Gera for the clash.

Stoke City v Chelsea 15:00

Stoke boss Tony Pulis has no fresh injury concerns. John Terry and Petr Cech could be part of the Chelsea squad.

Sunderland v West Ham United 15:00

Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill will be without defenders Danny Rose and Carlos Cuellar. New West Ham striker Marouane Chamakh goes straight into the Hammers squad.

Fulham v Wigan Athletic 15:00

Mahamadou Diarra and Kerim Frei are both unavailable for Fulham, although manager Martin Jol can welcome back a number of players. Midfielder Roger Espinoza is set to make his Wigan debut.

Everton v Swansea City 15:00

Everton manager David Moyes is optimistic full-back Leighton Baines will be available. Swansea manager Michael Laudrup has no new injury concerns.

Aston Villa v Southampton 15:00

Aston Villa skipper Ron Vlaar has returned to training after a seven-week absence and could play. Southampton will be without Jose Fonte and Adam Lallana.


Manchester United v Liverpool 13:30

Wayne Rooney has been ruled out with a knee injury. Striker Daniel Sturridge is in contention for Liverpool having joined from Chelsea last week.

Arsenal v Manchester City 16:00

Forward Gervinho is away at the African Nations Cup with Ivory Coast. Manchester City travel to Arsenal without Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure and former Gunner Samir Nasri this weekend.
