Fans React To Rohit Sharma’s Lookalike On Pakistan Streets

We often come across look-alike people in our lives. And, recently, Pakistani people have spotted a lookalike of India vice-captain Rohit Sharma.

However, cricket in Pakistan has been in news for quite some times now as New Zealand had cancelled their series on the 11th hour without playing a game citing security as a primary reason and returned home as well. Soon after, England too cancelled their upcoming tour as well.

Meanwhile, a Pakistani fan saw the Rohit Sharma look alike and cheekily Tweeted, “Who said Pakistan is not safe for visiting international cricketers?” Shiraz Hassan tweeted. “Just saw star Indian player Rohit Sharma, enjoying a glass of Aalu Bukhara (plum) sharbat at Rawalpindi’s saddar.”

Meanwhile, this went viral in no time and fans started reacting to it.

As far as Rohit Sharma is concerned, he is currently in the UAE where he is playing the second phase of the IPL. His team Mumbai Indians have lost three games on a trot and have slipped to the seventh position on the points table as well.

Rohit Sharma, after losing the last game against RCB, said: “Thought it was a fantastic bowling effort from us. At one stage they looked like scoring 180-plus. Batters let us down. That’s been something that’s been happening consistently (losing their way with the bat). Have had a good chat with the batters. Those who are in need to carry on.”

“They kept the pressure on us once a couple of wickets fell. Need to bounce back from whatever situation we’re in. We’ve done that in the past. Just not happening this season. He’s a talented player (Ishan Kishan). He’s had a terrific IPL last year. We want to back his natural game which is why he came up the order above Surya. Don’t want to put too much pressure on the guy. Relatively young, making his way in international cricket,” he concluded.
