The Rugby Football League match review panel have banned five players following Round 10 in Super League.

Huddersfield utility Jack Cogger will miss the Challenge Cup semi-final against Hull in two weeks after picking up a two-match ban for Grade C other contrary behaviour in their 32-10 defeat at Warrington on Saturday. Cogger will also miss Thursday’s trip to Wakefield in Round 11 of Super League.

St Helens forward James Bell will also miss their Challenge Cup semi-final against rivals Wigan on May 7 due to a two-match penalty notice. He was charged with Grade B dangerous contact in their 30-10 loss at Castleford on Friday. He will also miss this week’s Super League clash with Salford.

Huddersfield have had three players suspended in total. Full-back Tui Lolohea and prop Chris Hill will sit out of Thursday’s game at Wakefield. The disciplinary panel gave the pair one-match suspensions for tripping and dangerous contact respectively.

The Rugby Football League’s match review panel have given Hull half-back Josh Reynolds a one-match ban for a high tackle in their 14-8 win over Catalans on Sunday. He will miss their home game against Toulouse on Saturday. He will return for their clash against champions St Helens on May 13.

Meanwhile, Salford prop Alex Gerrard was handed a caution over a dangerous contact in their 30-24 defeat at Wigan on Sunday.

  • Josh Reynolds (Hull FC) – Grade B Other Contrary Behaviour – 1 Match Penalty Notice

  • Benjamin Jullien (Catalans) – Grade A High Tackle – 0 Match Penalty Notice

  • Alex Gerrard (Salford) – Dangerous Contact (caution)
