Food hygiene ratings given to four Trafford restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Trafford’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Bianco at 2 Hereford Street, Sale; rated on August 14

• Rated 5: Mama's Cuisine at 328 Manchester Road, Altrincham; rated on August 11

• Rated 5: CoffeeB Limited at Ground Floor, 1 Crown Passages, Hale, Altrincham; rated on August 9

• Rated 4: Jackson's Boat at Jacksons Boat, 28 Rifle Road, Sale; rated on July 20

It means that of Trafford's 487 similar establishments with ratings, 385 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
