FOOTBALL: Irish team offers free season ticket to first person to win the league with them on FM 2016

Cabinteely FC may be bottom of the Irish First Division in their debut season in the league, but that hasn't stopped them dreaming of the big time.

For the uninitiated, Football Manager 2016 comes out on Friday, and most players dream of taking a lowly-placed team to domestic and Champions League glory.

Well, now thanks to the Dublin-placed club, if you're the first to win the title with the club in the game you'll get a real reward - a free season ticket.

"This Friday sees the launch of the 2016 edition of Football Manager, the first to have Cabinteely F.C. in the game. To celebrate this fact we are running a competition to win a Cabinteely F.C. 2016 season ticket," a club statement read.

"To be in with a chance of winning you need to achieve our ultimate goal and win the Premier Division as manager of Cabo! The player will need to earn promotion from the First Division before winning the Premier Division so be sure to start with Cabo as soon as you can."
