FOOTBALL: Sol Campbell crucified on Twitter for slagging off cafe worker
Sol Campbell was roasted on Twitter for appearing to name and shame a cafe worker who Campbell felt gave him poor service.
Us Brits aren't always renowned for ourcustomer service, but when former England defender Sol Campbell slagged off a cafe worker on Twitter it didn't go down well.
Users rounded on the former Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur player for appearing to publicly tweet about a member of staff named Liam and tagging Cambridge Street Cafe where he worked.
Such terrible service from Liam at @CambridgeStCafe this morning! I will not be going back there again!

Liam then did appear to tweet an apology to Campbell with an apology in an attempt to defuse any potential situation.
@SolManOfficial Liam here. Think we got off on the wrong foot. Would love to make amends. Hopefully see you soon

But many users were not impressed with Campbell, and let their feelings be known:
.@CambridgeStCafe @SolManOfficial Did he promise you he was ordering a latte, but then at last minute decide he would go for a cappuccino?

@SolManOfficial @CambridgeStCafe Trying to lose someone their job exactly a month before Christmas? Why not just have a polite word? Grass.

@Danny_McMoomins @The_Paris_Angel @SolManOfficial @CambridgeStCafe because he's a monumental prick.

@SolManOfficial @CambridgeStCafe Tory Grass. Liam, you've always given me exemplary service and you're the main reason I keep going back.

And that's when the Tottenham fans joined the fray:
@CambridgeStCafe @SolManOfficial just don't mention a loyalty card 🙊
