Fleetwood scored twice in the final five minutes of the first half through David Ball and Jon Parkin before Nathan Pond added a third two minutes after the break. Matty Blair wrapped up a convincing victory with a late fourth.

Baker said: "We've had some good spells, but when you pass back and put the centre-forward in two minutes into the game; when you leave a player unmarked in the box, twice, what more can you do, what more can the other players do?

"Most of the time we're in control and next minute the ball is in the back of the net.

"We're not getting caned through the game, it's not weight of pressure that is telling," he added.
