The hosts started confidently, with Islam Feruz opening the scoring after just nine minutes. Feruz grabbed his second on 22 minutes to take the Blues into a commanding 2-0 lead at the break.
Chelsea were playing some adventurous attacking football which resulted in second half goals from Andy Kiwomya, the outstanding Lucas Piazon, George Saville and Reece Mitchell to end the game 6-0.
The win takes the Blues two points behind Ajax in third place, with games against the Dutch side home and away in the next few weeks to decide who progresses to the finals.
Juventus edged Manchester City in a five-goal thriller at Hyde FC's Ewen Fields.
City took the lead through Jose Angel Pozo after 15 minutes as he tapped home from close range after a superb effort from Jules Olivier Ntcham was palmed out by the Juventus keeper.
However, the Italians fought back with two free-kicks either side of half-time to take the lead going into the final half hour.
Leonardo Bonatini made it 3-1 to the visitors on 74 minutes shortly before City's Marcos Lopes hit back with a 25-yard strike to set up a thrilling finale.
Juventus held on though and move one point behind group leaders Paris St. Germain. Manchester City's final group game is against the French side in Paris later this month.
