Football - Defensive woe for United

The suspension of Brian McLean means Dundee United face a defensive reshuffle for the Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash at Aberdeen, unless Sean Dillon recovers from a thigh injury sooner than expected.

If Dillon is out, captain Jon Daly is likely to be moved from striker to centre-back, while midfielder Willo Flood (groin) is doubtful after going off midway through the first half of the loss to St Mirren.

Winger Gary Mackay-Steven is still out after breaking his hand.
