The highly-regarded 18-year-old joined the Millers on a youth loan on Thursday and will battle for a place with Alex Revell, Daniel Nardiello and Kayode Odejayi in attack.
Odejayi was given a lone role in the New Year's Day win over Rochdale, with Revell rested and Nardiello carrying a virus. Nardiello is now fit and Revell will be eyeing a recall, so it is likely that boss Steve Evans will have to change the shape of his side to accommodate Morgan.
Evans will have to make one change at left-back as Liam Ridehalgh is unavailable as part of his loan deal from Huddersfield, so Jack O'Connell could slot straight in or Mark Bradley could swap sides.
Lionel Ainsworth, David Noble and Dale Tonge are all fit again, but with none of them having played since well before Christmas, they are unlikely to be pushing for a start.
Goalkeeper Scott Shearer, who has been unable to regain his place in the side following a knee injury in the autumn, missed the win at Spotland after suffering a setback with his old problem, but he is expected to return to the squad.
The Millers, playing in the third round of the famous competition for the first time since 2005, will take confidence from their npower League Two victory earlier in the season when they won 3-0.
