Football - O'Kane fitness boost for Cherries

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is unlikely to make any changes for the trip to Shrewsbury after Eunan O'Kane was passed fit.

The midfielder has returned to training after suffering a foot injury in the 3-1 win over Notts County, leaving Howe close to a fully-fit squad.

Only long-term injury absentees Miles Addison, Stephen Purches and Stephane Zubar are unavailable for the Cherries, who have won their last six outings.

Howe has named the same starting XI for the last two games and is not expected to tinker, as his side look to take another step towards promotion.

With three games left, Bournemouth are two points clear of third-placed Brentford, who have a game in hand, and two points behind leaders Doncaster.
