Vitesse Arnhem's Ivory Coast international is rated in the £8 million bracket.

The 23-year-old is contracted at Vitesse until 2015 but the Mereysiders are ready to return to the Dutch League to boost their goalscoring options after signing Luis Suarez from Ajax.

Suarez is a target for Italian champions Juventus according to the Sunday Mirror.

The Turin giants believe he could be prised away from Liverpool if the Merseysiders get a healthy profit on the £22.8million fee they paid for his services in January 2011.

Chelsea's hopes of signing Atletico Madrid striker Rademel Falcao have been boosted after Manchester City turned down the chance to bid for the Colombian hitman.

The Sunday Mirror reveal that Atletico Madrid general manager Migel Angel Gil Marin and Falcao’s agent Jorge Mendes met with City’s new sporting director Txiki Begiristan after the 2-1 win over Spurs last Sunday.

But they were told City would not be making an offer.

Arsenal will rival Liverpool to sign Wigan goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi in the January transfer window, according to the same paper.

And they say the Gunners will offer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain a new £45,000 a week contract but that he will still earn less than Marouane Chamakh, Sebastien Squillaci and Nicklas Bendtner.

PSG are ready to offer £40million for Mario Balotelli in January according to the Star.

That will trigger a tug of war for the Italian striker with both Milan clubs.
