The 19-year-old, who has made six appearances for the Bees' first team since rejoining from a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon, will remain with the club until 2015.
And the Academy graduate, who has made 18 appearances in total for Uwe Rosler's side, is hoping to become a first-team regular in the coming years.
"It is good to get my future sorted," the 19-year-old told Bees Player. "I was always going to sign. I have been on the bench quite a lot this season, which is good.
"Everyone wants to play more but I don't think I would have been offered a contract if the manager didn't trust me and see me as a player for the future.
"Hopefully that is what he has in store for me."
