Francois Zoko scored twice after Clayton Donaldson had opened the scoring for the visiting Bees, who have now lost four of their last six matches.

"We started well and got the first goal with good combination play which is how we wanted to attack," said Rosler.

"But individual mistakes cost us and they scored a goal out of nothing. From then we did not continue like we started, we got caught and we lost confidence.

"This is why I wanted answers from the players. They were honest and so was I. We had a talk about what we needed and it was very disappointing as we should have won the game.

"At times you need to put all your cards on the table. We have been working together for two years and changed the structure of the team. You think things are clear and maybe it's not always like that.

"We had a good chat and it was very important for everyone in the dressing room to know the score and that we all know what is being asked of us."
