Boss Harry Redknapp has cleared the decks at Loftus Road, shipping out the likes of Djibril Cisse, Jose Bosingwa, Chris Samba and Adel Taarabt following last term's relegation.

Instead the likes of Danny Simpson, Richard Dunne, Karl Henry and Charlie Austin have come in and contributed to an unbeaten start to the new Championship season.

And Hill, a veteran of Rangers' last promotion campaign, told the club website: "We're unbeaten and moving in the right direction.

"We're united as one. We've got some good lads here and there's a far better spirit amongst the group than we've had for the last 12-18 months.

"We know when we go onto the pitch now that there are 11 players who will give their all for the club and that's all you can ask for."
