Will former garden centre become housing development? - all you need to know
A town’s garden centre is now permanently closed as the owners prepare to put it into administration.
Findon Garden Centre, Worthing, officially stopped trading on September 15, with speculation then growing around what would become of the site.
Many people online said they believe the garden centre could be turned into a housing development but The Argus can confirm this is not the case.

A spokesman from a kiosk owner at the garden centre said plans are being drawn up for a new owner to take on the business as it goes into administration.
The business would then undergo “significant redevelopment” to become an “up market destination garden centre”.
A sign outside the store reads: “Findon Garden Centre LTD has ceased trading today.
