France and Germany collide at Euro 2020 tonight as two tournament heavyweights go head to head on day five.

The term ‘Group of Death’ is certainly overused, but entirely applicable this summer as France, Germany and Portugal were all drawn together (along with Hungary) in Group F.

A star-studded France are out to add to their 2018 World Cup triumph by claiming the Euros crown, with Didier Deschamps boasting the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Paul Pogba in a squad brimming with talent.

As for Germany, they are in between cycles, but Joachim Low - who will step down as Nationalmannschaft coach at the end of the tournament - still has quality all over the park.

Date, kick-off time and venue

France vs Germany is scheduled for an 8pm BST kick-off tonight - Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

The match will be held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.

France vs Germany prediction

Given how tight Group F could end up being, starting with a win is vital. Germany looked confident in their 7-1 warm-up win vs Latvia, but France are a different proposition altogether. Les Bleus have so much talent and belief that they should get off to a win, but it could be a real thriller.
