Fulham are one victory away from the Premier League as they won their first ever play-off game tonight to overcome Derby County 2-1 on aggregate in the Championship play-off semi-finals.

Ryan Sessegnon and Denis Odoi struck second-half goals as Derby were no match for Slavisa Jokanovic's Fulham, who will now face either Aston Villa or Middlesbrough in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
