3pm kick offs
Gameweek 31 only had four games on offer, with the FA Cup 5th round games preventing 12 Premier League games from playing their league games this weekend. We will find out this week when these postponed games will take place.
Liverpool were the only top-six side with a game in Gameweek 31, making a stack on their assets a no-brainer.
Gameweek 31 preview articles were therefore easier than normal and went as follows.
A: Do you have as many Liverpool players as you are allowed?
B: No.
A: Well get as many as you can.
And it paid off as Liverpool scored five and kept a clean sheet at home.
No-one likes playing without a keeper and Jack Butland looked the best of a bad bunch. That was until managers saw that Charlie Adam and Glen Johnson were starting at home to Everton.
Adam saw red after just 30 minutes to the fear of Butland owners, although the Potters did keep Everton at bay until the 69th minute.
Looking at the Stoke lineup I'm starting to regret bringing Butland in now

The question of which budget forward to pick for Gameweek 31 is easy in hindsight but was it so clear before kick-off?
In the end, Troy Deeney went off after 70 minutes without managing a shot, whereas Cenk Tosun would go on to score a brace.
Tosun or Deeney everyone asks
Deeney has had a few red cards this season …. Surely that answers the question

Without fantasy football, who would have watched Stoke take on Everton in the snow on a dodgy stream at 3pm?
Definitely Charlie Adam sent off, although it didn’t help with the camera zooming in on Shaqiri.
This game is literally the definition of a “Cold, windy day in Stoke”.

Theo Walcott had failed to produce any returns in the five games before Stoke, despite firing off seven shots and missing two big chances.
Walcott against 10 men. Still won't score.

Can anyone spell Luka Milivojevic’s name without looking it up before hand? Maybe that’s what the keepers are doing when he steps up and scores a penalty. Either way, he’s scored eight penalties from nine this season.
Surely he can’t keep this up? Well we all said that after the third penalty.
Milivopenjevic now has more league goals than KDB, Eriksen, Alli, Arnautovic, Shaqiri & Willian. #FPL THAT.

Eric Choupo-Moting vs Everton.
Subbed on 72′
Scored goal 77′
Subbed off 79′
Efficient.
Choupers on, injured, and taken off!!!
What a lad! Get well soon#FPL— Who Got The Assist? (@WGTA_FPL) March 17, 2018
He did it. Walcott actually produced some attacking returns for the first time in six games. That was worth holding onto him for.
Who says patience never pays off?
Right, now time to swap him on my wildcard. Cheers Theo.
Theo Assist!!!!

Junior Stanislas scored his fourth goal in seven games. The new Josh King?

It took an amazing effort from Stanislas to take all the points from West Brom. But that’s the eighth game in a row where the other team has taken all the points.
I would definitely keep Pardew. 8 defeats in a row. He’s doing a cracking job. That takes some doing.

Imagine if Nostradamus had Twitter and predicted the 3pm Premier League kick-offs. Well, look no further.
Crystal Palace will beat Huddersfield tomorrow.

Evening kick off
The Watford starting XI had front row seats to the spectacle that was the Mo Show on Saturday evening.
I think I speak for every #FPL player that follows me that I'd really appreciate Watford rolling over and having their collective bellies tickled here.

Four minutes is all it took.
Salah done it already!

Do you even fantasy football if you don’t own Salah?
I reiterate.. https://t.co/hlw97rf4i8

Emre Can was a popular picks on Yahoo Daily Fantasy as Opta classified Emre Can as a defender, but he did not repay their faith.
Emre Can off [lower back problem].
James Milner his replacement on 27 minutes. #LFC

Roberto Firmino and his perfectly white teeth got in on the action too, scoring Liverpool’s third at Anfield.

And here are some Salah stats. Enjoy.
4 – Mohamed Salah is the first Liverpool player to score four goals in a single Premier League game since Luis Suarez versus Norwich in December 2013. Fab.
