Zebre head coach Michael Bradley has made five changes to his starting XV for their URC derby against Benetton in Parma on Friday.

In the backline, Giulio Bisegni comes in at outside centre where he replaces Erich Cronjé, who wore the jersey in last weekend’s Challenge Cup defeat to Toulon, and takes over the captaincy from his centre partner Tommaso Boni.

In the only other change to the backs, Guglielmo Palazzani takes over from Alessandro Fusco at scrum-half.

In the forwards, there are two back-row alterations with Giovanni Licata and Maxime Mbandà replacing Jimmy Tuivaiti and Luca Andreani in the number eight and openside flanker positions respectively.

The final change is at hooker where Oliviero Fabiani comes in for Luca Bigi.

Changes aplenty for Benetton

Meanwhile, Benetton head coach Marco Bortolami has rung the changes to his run-on side after their Challenge Cup loss to Gloucester at Kingsholm a week ago.

Bortolami has shifted Edoardo Padovani from the right wing to full-back with Luca Sperandio coming to wear the number 14 jersey.

Tommaso Menoncello moves from outside to inside centre and Ignacio Brex starts alongside him in midfield.

The only other alteration to the backline is on the left wing where Monty Ioane is preferred to Asaeli Tuivuaka.

Up front, the captain Michele Lamaro shifts from number eight to the openside flank with Toa Halafihi slotting in at the base of the scrum while Giovanni Pettinelli replaces Seb Negri on the other side of the scrum.

In the second-row, Niccolò Cannone takes over from Irne Herbst and Ivan Nemer starts at tighthead prop with Tiziano Pasquali dropping down to the bench.
