Greenock Juniors in festive push to help elderly in community

A FOOTBALL team is supporting a Christmas appeal focused on helping the elderly.

Greenock Juniors FC, alongside Ravenscraig Sports Hub, is backing Branchton Community Centre in its festive efforts.

They are accepting donations at the gate during their final home game of the season against Dalry Thistle on Saturday, December 14.

Cash donations will be turned into vouchers, and gifts like scarves, blankets, gloves, socks, toiletries, and sweets will also be gratefully received.
