Due to his 6'4 frame, Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini sticks out like a sore thumb on the pitch at the best of times.
With his giant afro adorning the top of his head though, the Belgium international is even more recognisable to fans, fellow player and referees alike.
Fellaini's hair is clearly a pride of joy for the midfielder; so much so, in fact, that the 29-year-old recently converted one of the seven bedrooms in his £2.3m mansion into a private hair salon to help him style it:

It seems like an obvious step for Fellaini, given how much time and effort he puts into making his afro look as good as possible, and the ex-Everton star even benefits from bringing in private hire stylists every week to wash, preen and fluff his afro up to make it as voluptuous as possible.
A source within the United camp explained the reason behind Fellaini's decision to install the hairdressers in his own home, saying: “It means he doesn’t have to put up with the attention he’d get if he popped down the local hairdresser’s for a trim.”
Fair play, we suppose. We wouldn't want to be the guy to unclog the sinks of all his moulted hair though!
