Helen Flanagan has shared that it was the 'worst feeling ever' when she lost her daughter in a supermarket.

The ex-Coronation Street star, 32, described that she got a “sinking feeling” when she couldn’t find her seven-year-old daughter Matilda in the supermarket.

The actor, who played Rosie Webster on the ITV1 soap, shares Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, with her ex-partner Scott Sinclair.

The couple split last year after 12 years together with co-parenting being "pretty drama-free", according to the Corrie actor.

In an interview with New! magazine, the former I'm A Celeb contestant said: “I must have turned my back for a second.

“I remember having this horrible, sinking feeling. I always keep an eye on my kids but I couldn't see her for about a minute.

“There's nothing worse than that, it's the worst, worst feeling ever.”

"They are good with that but you need eyes in the back of your head.”

The confession comes after her interview with The Sun newspaper last month where she opened up about co-parenting with Scott Sinclair.

Helen commented: "I co-parent with Scott. We were together for a long time. So he lives with his mum in Bristol and I live in Manchester with the kids. I get on really well with Scott's mum.

"I was with Scott aged 19-31, so that's why I get on so well with his mum.

"So honestly it makes my life so easy because we hang out together. It's really nice. It's pretty drama-free as I get on really well with her."
