Each year, despite our hopes, we learn that a perfect bracket is pretty much an impossible task.
Just take a look at this from NCAA.com:
"Through the Round of 64's first day, more than 99 percent of all brackets on the major, trackable online games were busted, but there are still more than 100,000 that have remained perfect."
