Haydock 15:30 – Falcons Vision 11/8 – 2pts
Made a pleasing debut when finishing fourth over 6f on soft going at Doncaster on her debut and the second that day has gone on to win since. That form sets the standard and she should prove hard to beat under Jamie Spencer.

Epsom Downs 19:15 – Highland Acclaim – 10/3 – 4pts
A course and distance winner off a higher mark in the past, David O’Meara’s 6yo rates the bet of the week at odds of 3/1. That win on his only previous visit to the track shows he handles the unique conditions of Epsom and after bouncing back to form when runner-up at Thirsk last time out, everything looks set for a huge run today.

Tipperary 19:20 – Ivan Grozny – 11/8 – 3pts
A winner of this race by a massive 11 lengths 12 months ago, Willie Mullins’ 7yo takes a drop in class having finished sixth in the Grade 1 Punchestown Champion Hurdle when last seen.

Newbury 20:05 – Jersey Breeze – 14/1 – 0.5 pt each-way
A winner of her last two starts since fitted with a visor, she’s up a further 5lb for her latest win at Bath. She won well that day though and although this looks a highly competitive handicap, her odds reflect that and she should be up to finishing in the frame.
