How's Your German? Liverpool Boss Reveals Which Actors He'd Like to See Star in Film About His Life

He's been their manager for almost 18 months now, but it's taken just a fraction of that time for Liverpool fans to fall head over heels for Jurgen Klopp.

The German's affable personality has made him a surefire hit with his players and supporters alike and, despite the club missing out on a Premier League title challenge after a turbulent start to 2017, Klopp's reputation is still high among the Reds' fan base.

With such an outgoing personality, it would be little wonder if Klopp had an exciting life before football. If his life was made into a movie though, which film star would he want to play him in the lead role? Luckily, the Premier League's official Twitter account asked him just that very question:

He said: "John Wayne (laughs). Is this allowed? Oh, they need to be alive!

"Alright, then Brad Pitt. He plays a similar role to us in Moneyball. It's different but I like him a lot actually. Brad, if you have time, it would be an honour to play my role!"

Brad Pitt eh? It might be a stretch to ask him to do a German accent, but it certainly beats Stoke ace Glenn Whelan's extremely obvious choice further into the above video!
