A huge spinning hammer named Big Yeetus is coming to Fall Guys

As if Fall Guys needed more things to hilariously infuriate players, a giant swinging hammer called Big Yeetus is going to be added to the game.

The official Fall Guys Twitter account shared the news about Big Yeetus yesterday and has since been talking about it coming to the game.

Big Yeetus, as the Twitter account has dubbed it, is a large spinning hammer which will randomly appear on maps to shake things up either by helping or hindering your progress.

Fall Guys' Twitter account has been rambling on about the Big Yeetus for almost an entire day and following the whole thread on Twitter culminated in the account asking the actor Norman Reedus to be the voice of Big Yeetus.

At the moment, the studio behind Fall Guys, Mediatonic, has issued a statement to the press following multiple questions about the new hammer.

“Following a deluge of media enquiries, we would like to confirm that we are not offering official press comment on the existence of this so-called 'Big Yeetus'”, Mediatonic said in a statement.

At the moment, there is no official word on when Big Yeetus will be smashing down into the game and ruining a lot of peoples' progress as they fight for the coveted first-place crown.

Fall Guys is a massively multiplayer party game with up to 60 players online in a free-for-all struggle through round after round of escalating chaos until one victor remains.

Very recently, the official Twitter account led a charge to find the 'statistically' best player in the entire game, which started an internet-wide search for 'The Fallen One'.

Fall Guys was released in August and it was also one of the free games to come out for PS Plus subscribers on PlayStation 4. Since then, it has taken the world by storm.

The game is like a party battle royale which sees a bunch of players compete against each other. The best point of reference for how the games play out is to think of shows like Total Wipeout and Takeshi's Castle.
