Martin St. Louis scored midway through the third period, then fired the insurance goal into an empty net to lift the Tampa Bay Lightning to a victory over the Winnipeg Jets.
The goals were the 18th and 19th this season for the 37-year-old right winger, who showed plenty of character after being left off Team Canada's 25-man roster for the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, earlier in the day.
Tampa Bay (26-13-4) finished a four-game swing through western Canadian cities with three victories while the Jets (19-22-5) lost their fourth consecutive game.

Predators 3, Sharks 2
Nashville Predators center David Legwand scored a goal and assisted another during a three-goal second period that led his team past San Jose.
Rookie goaltender Marek Mazanec had 26 saves as the Predators (19-19-6) opened a critical five-game homestand by snapping a three-game losing streak.
They entered the contest seven points behind Minnesota and Phoenix for the Western Conference's final playoff spot.
Patrick Marleau and Joe Pavelski scored their 20th and 19th goals respectively for San Jose (27-11-6) in the defeat.

Coyotes 6, Flames 0
Phoenix right wing Mikkel Boedker scored his career-high 13th goal as part of a three-goal second period, and goaltender Thomas Greiss had his second career shutout in the Coyotes' victory over the Calgary Flames.
Shane Doan and Martin Hanzal also scored in the second period while Lauri Korpikoski, Michael Stone and Rob Klinkhammer scored in the third as the Coyotes tied their highest-scoring game of the season.
Greiss finished with 27 saves and the Coyotes (21-12-9) won for just the second time in seven games. The Flames (15-22-6) have won only two of their last 11 games.

Flyers 3, Devils 2 (overtime)
Brayden Schenn scored with 3:10 remaining in overtime to give the Philadelphia Flyers a victory over the New Jersey Devils.
Devils right wing Michael Ryder scored a shorthanded goal with 29.6 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime but the Devils (17-18-9) could not avoid losing their third straight game.
Goaltender Ray Emery made 31 saves for the Flyers (22-17-4), who are 9-2-1 in their past 12 games.

Islanders 5, Maple Leafs 3
Frans Nielsen, Calvin de Haan and Cal Clutterbuck scored third-period goals as the New York Islanders defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Kyle Okposo and Michael Grabner also scored for the Islanders (16-22-7), who broke open a 2-2 tie in the third. John Tavares added two assists.
Tyler Bozak and left wingers Mason Raymond and Joffrey Lupul scored for the Maple Leafs (21-18-5), who have lost two in a row after winning three straight.
