Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) take on Delhi Capitals (DC) in qualifier 2 in Sharjah on October 13. KKR beat Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Eliminator while Delhi lost to CSK in the first qualifier. This too is a do or die game for both sides. The loser of the game will make an exit from the tournament while the winner, advances to the final to play against CSK.

Kolkata Knight Riders having played three back to back games in Sharjah are familiar with the conditions. Delhi Capitals meanwhile will travel from Dubai to Sharjah. The Capitals also lost their previous league game against KKR which will be on their minds as well. Shubman Gill too said in his post-match interaction that Kolkata will have an edge over Delhi keeping the conditions in mind.

The Capitals have been unlucky in the playoffs. They made the finals last year but lost to Mumbai Indians. Against CSK in the first qualifier too they ended up on the losing side. It will be interesting to see how Delhi under young Rishabh Pant regroups for the second qualifier.
