IPL 2021 Watch: Manish Pandey Goes Ball Searching After Hitting Humongous Six

Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman Manish Pandey is gearing up for the UAE leg of IPL 2021. The franchise begin their campaign by playing Delhi capitals in their first game. Placed last in the points table at the moment, the franchise needs to win potentially all their remaining seven games to make the final four.

Manish Pandey is with the SRH contingent at the moment in UAE and has hit the ground running. In his recent practice session, he hit a humongous six in the practice session and had to go ball searching as well. he finally found the ball and said “That’s how you find the ball.” SRH Twitter handle uploaded the video and shared it across their social media platforms.

Pandey amassed 193 runs from five matches at an average of 48.25. He has not had a good run of form off late in international cricket. The middle-order batsman was in the Indian squad for the away series against Sri Lanka. The right-hander had diminishing returns which also meant that he was not included in the Indian squad for the T20 World Cup which was announced recently.

The Sunrisers middle-order batsman has urged the fans of the franchise to keep supporting them for the second half of the tournament.

“Guys, I think we are missing you as much as you guys are missing us. We would love to see you on the ground cheering for us, giving and sending your best wishes to all our players. It will be really great and we would make sure that we deliver all the performances that we can during the second phase of the IPL,” Manish Pandey said.

In their remaining seven games, they play three games in Dubai and two each in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. They play their last league game against Mumbai Indians on October 08.

SRH resume their campaign against Delhi Capitals on September 22. They then play Punjab and Rajasthan. Their final four games are against tough oppositions like CSK, KKR, Mumbai Indians and RCB all of whom are at the above SRH in the points table.
