Isaac fires up 27, Summers prevails over River View at Hinton

Feb. 8—HINTON — Brandan Isaac blew up for 27 points and homestanding Summers County outran visiting River View 70-51 at Wayne Ryan Court on Wednesday night.

Ben Lane added 11 points for the Bobcats (9-7), also handing out four assist. Issac and Benji Dunford had four steals apiece.

Jackson Danielson and Gabe Lestser scored 15 points apiece for River View. Ashton Hunt had 10.

Summers County travels to Greenbrier West on Friday.

BRADSHAW — Kaitlyn Lester eruptedf for 23 points and visiting Westside rolled to a 64-57 win at River View on Tuesday night.

Daisha Cline scored 11 points for the Lady Renegades, who roared out to a 20-8 lead in the first quarter. Rylee Brown chimed in with 10 points and Kenzie Morgan contributed nine.

Chasity Kennedy led the Lady Raiders with 10 points while Kaci Hatfield contributed nine.

LEWISBURG — MJ Patton scored 31 points and the Cavaliers beat Lewisburg Baptist Academy on the road on Tuesday night.

MJ Patton also had seven rebounds and five assists for MCA (13-10). Eli Patton scored 19 points anc rounded up eight rebounds. Kyler Carpenter scored eight points with 13 rebounds.

Dylan Wykle scored 14 points to pace Lewisburg while Austin Beane score 12 points and Isaac

Holiday scored 10.

Mercer Christian Academy plays Morgantown Christian at home on Saturday. Tip-off is set for 2:45 p.m.

SHADY SPRING — Brystal Winfrey scored 20 points and Mercer's Lady Tigers took down Raleigh's Lady Tigers on Monday night.

Addison McCabe scored 10 points and effected six steals, Gia Twitty scored nine points with five rebounds and Maddy Anderson had six points to go with her 10 rebounds.

Brianna Shrewsbury led Shady with 18 points.

Princeton hosts Shady on Friday.
